How our passion for the hospitality industry came about.

1996

After his catering education, Mike gets the chance to start as a manager in the pub 'De Vage Belofte'. He grabs this opportunity with both hands, it's a hit right from the start and the bustling café is running at full speed!!

2001

2001

Lander starts at the age of 16 as a work student in the pub 'De Vage Belofte' and learns the tricks of the trade. A year later he becomes Mike's official brother-in-law (who marries Ine, his sister).

2009

2009

Mike's work in De Vage Belofte is done, but he remains active in the catering industry, he starts with B&B De Nacht Wacht in Ypres.

2012

2012

Both Mike and Lander stay itchy to run a business in Ypres, so they take over "In 't Klein Stadhuis" in 2012. Much needed investments & improvements are made from the start and with passion & enthusiasm they continue to further expand the business.
